Pastor Steven Woyen              

Pastor Steven was born in North Dakota and was raised on the family farm. He graduated from Concordia College (ELCA) in Moorhead, Minnesota with a degree in church music and religion. After serving congregations in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Ohio as a professionally trained church musician, he enrolled at The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia to become a pastor. Pastor Steven graduated with a Master of Divinity in 2005 and was called to First Lutheran in Strasburg in June, 2005.

Pastor Steven has a passion for “all things Lutheran” and seeks to make First Lutheran Church be a place where all people are welcome. Regardless of who or what you are, remember that you are forgiven and your are loved here with the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. Please come again. You are always welcome here.
